Integrated HealthCare to Expand Services and Office Space Greenwich, CT – September 16, 2003 – Integrated HealthCare, LLC (IHC), the health care management consulting firm, is pleased to announce its recent expansion of services and relocation to a larger office suite. IHC has leased 2,700 square feet of office space on the 8th floor of 300 Main Street in Stamford. The firm is relocating from offices at 200 Railroad Avenue in Greenwich. According to Ronald B. Dreskin, Principal of IHC, “This move will maintain our strong presence in Fairfield County and Connecticut, where we have worked successfully with a number of physician group practices, while giving us the necessary space for our newly-expanded service offering.” IHC has recently partnered with Westmoreland Consulting, a health care consulting firm specializing in third party reimbursement to hospitals and health systems. Thomas Westmoreland and Patricia Gamba, Partners of Westmoreland Consulting, have a combined 32 years of experience consulting to hospitals and academic medical centers in the Tri-State area on some of the most complex financial issues facing the industry, including the analysis of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement formulae, revenue cycle management, financial planning, and managed care contracting. -more- Mr. Westmoreland is a recognized industry leader, and his close working relationships with leaders of hospital associations and Departments of Health have helped to influence significant reimbursement policy decisions. The hospital reimbursement services of Westmoreland Consulting will complement IHC’s existing array of services, which center on operational and financial consulting and business strategy services to hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, universities and physician group practices. IHC was established in 1994 to assist healthcare executives in confronting the challenges of managing a successful healthcare organization. The firm was founded by Ronald Dreskin, a former Vice President at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Executive Director of the Allen Pavilion, a 300-bed acute care facility affiliated with the Center, and faculty member of the Joseph A. Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. Mr. Dreskin was recently assigned to the Board of the Nathaniel Witherell Home, the skilled nursing facility located in Greenwich. |
