Integrated HealthCare, LLC and New World Healthcare Solutions, Inc., Both of Stamford, CT, Announce Joint Referral Affiliation Agreement
July 9, 2004 (Stamford, CT) - Two Stamford-based healthcare concerns dedicated to the improvement of medical services in all areas of the industry have announced a joint referral agreement aimed at providing a broader array of critical services to their respective client bases. In a joint announcement by the respective firms’ chief executives, Ronald B. Dreskin of Integrated HealthCare, LLC (IHC) and Ira E. Shapiro of New World Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (NWHS), the two stated that “the establishment of a working referral arrangement allows our organizations to provide financial and management assistance, professional recruiting and retention, patient safety and quality services to healthcare provider organizations, large and small, on a national basis. With a combined staff of over 24 professionals, we assist physician group practices, universities, hospitals and academic medical centers successfully deal with the issues of profitability, operational management, receivables, professional staffing and emerging areas of provider concern such as ‘Pay-for-Performance’.
